The bag in and of itself is really great. I was disappointed that it did not come with any sort of instructional insert regarding the bottle warmer. I had to contact customer service twice because I could not figure out nor understand how it operated. I found out through Customer Service that you need a battery power pack in order to use the bottle warmer. Still kind of annoying because some sort of tutorial with an instructional video on their site or an insert on how exactly to operate it in addition to what kind of battery power pack to get would have been extremely helpful!

Delivery was long, maybe due to Covid19. The quality of the bag is excellent, even better then I expected. A bit too big for me, but you never know when you will need free space expecialy with a child

I gave this a one start due to the atrocious shipping. I made my order a month ago and still have not received my order. My order has either sat for extended periods of time or bounced around with a company called Newgistics. The idiots have had my order in my town twice Without delivery. Customer support has done nothing more than say be patient. The shipping process has been nothing less than unacceptable. Good luck with your order.
